Known as the Breton Paris Roubaix, the Tro Bro Leon is one of the world's most famous cycle races. The route takes the riders through the magnificent landscapes of the northern coast of Brittany, between land and sea. The “ribinous” famous dirt roads and stony areas in the heart of the Pays de Léon (Tro Bro Leon = tour of the Pays de Léon), make the race one of the unmissable races of the cycling calendar!
Take on the “challenge” on a road bike or a gravel bike and test yourself on the Breton roads and ribinous that have made the Tro Bro Leon such a mythical event! Several formats exist depending on the discipline :
CYCLO
- 36km - 9 ribinoù - Bihanig Leon - Departure between 11:30 a.m and 11:45 a.m
- 103km - 15 ribinoù - Kalon Leon - Departure between 10:30 a.m and 10:45 a.m
- 132km - 20 ribinoù - Marc'h-Houarn Leon - Departure between 10:00 a.m and 10:30 a.m
GRAVEL
- 60 km - 19 ribinoù - Roudoù Leon - Departure between 11:00 a.m and 11:15 a.m
- 98 km - 36 ribinoù – Hent Leon - Departure between 9:30 a.m and 9:45 a.m
- 141km - 50 ribinoù - Ribinoù - Departure between 9:00 a.m and 9:15 a.m
The sportive takes place on roads open to traffic, so it's essential to obey the highway code. Warning: any participant who fails to comply with the Highway Code will be liable to the penalties laid down in the Highway Code.
